I've been there several times, and their stuff is excellent. Their ciders, cyders and even their ales are all made with honey, and have a clean and refreshing taste. The only time I was able to go there for a tasting, however, was when I was between jobs. They're normally open from Tuesday-Friday, 1:00-6:00pm. I regularly go there to refill growlers of cider.
But this Saturday November 15 they will be open in the afternoon after 1 PM, so we plan to go on a tasting tour ($5 apiece). If you're interested in joining us, send me a text, SMS or an LJ reply and I'll add you to our group.
And for those of you that aren't local, you can order online on their website. I can highly recommend the black cherry cider, the peach cider, and all of their meads. The Melia kicks ass! It's $35 a bottle, but worth every penny.
The only problem with the place is that they run out of various items as more people discover them and buy out all their stock. The peach cider has been off of tap for months, and the Mead of Poetry is unobtanium right now!
